These Terms of Use apply to the Signal Strategy Hub website and to The Follow-Up Intelligence toolkit. Signal Strategy Hub is a digital product line distributed by SAM Technologies Holdings, Inc., located at 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, New Castle County, Delaware 19713, United States ("we", "us", or "our"). By purchasing or using the toolkit, you agree to these terms.
The Follow-Up Intelligence is a digital toolkit of guides, templates, a prompt, and a spreadsheet tracker. It is not software, a subscription service, or an automated sales platform.
Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record and handles payment, sales tax, and digital delivery, with payments processed through networks including Stripe. The price is shown at checkout in US dollars. Your card statement will show the charge as SAM TECHNOLOGIES or SAM TECH, depending on your card issuer.
After purchase, you will receive access to download the materials. Access is available for one year from your purchase date. We recommend saving copies of the files to your own device.
All materials in The Follow-Up Intelligence, including its underlying methodology, its overall structure, sequence, and organization (including how its components are selected, combined, and arranged), the T.R.A.C.T.I.O.N. Method, the First 15 Minutes Method, text, templates, prompts, tracker, and design, are proprietary methods, frameworks, and works owned by or licensed to SAM Technologies Holdings, Inc. and are protected by copyright and international intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for one individual user.
Teams and Multi-User Access: Each license covers one individual user. For team, corporate, or organization-wide access, contact [email protected].
Violations: Any breach of this section terminates your license immediately without notice or refund. We reserve all rights to pursue all available legal remedies and the immediate takedown of infringing materials from any platform.
Your purchase is covered by a 30-day guarantee. If the toolkit isn’t right for you, email [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase date with your order details, and we will process a refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Lemon Squeezy.
The toolkit provides practical resources and guidance. We do not guarantee responses, sales, revenue, or any specific business outcome. Results depend on many factors beyond our control.
The AI Follow-Up Prompt is designed for use with external AI tools such as ChatGPT. These tools are provided by third parties under their own terms. Free versions may have usage limits. You are responsible for reviewing any AI-generated content before sending it.
To the extent permitted by law, the materials are provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim related to the product is limited to the amount you paid for it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining terms will remain in full effect.
